By using theagentwithin.com, you agree to these terms. Purchases of our software and services are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes precedence.

Our software and services

The Agent Within sells AI agent scaffold software to businesses and enterprises, designs and builds custom agents, and provides consultancy services.

Use of agents and AI outputs

Our agents run on AI models, which can produce incorrect or unexpected answers. Clients are responsible for how they configure, prompt, and use their agents, and for any actions or decisions based on their outputs. The Agent Within is not responsible for how clients use their agents or for the answers the agents provide.

Third-party platforms and credentials

Our agents use third-party platform APIs such as AWS, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, and other cloud and AI providers. Clients must create their own accounts with these providers and supply their own credentials and API keys. Clients are responsible for the fees and terms of those providers.

Providing third-party accounts or credentials is not part of our scope. We can provide consultancy services to guide you on the best way to set them up.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to The Agent Within and may not be reused for commercial purposes without our permission.

No warranty and limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, The Agent Within is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.
